### How to Use

Before sun exposure, apply the mineral fluid to your face and neck using your fingertips. 

Reapply frequently, especially after sweating or swimming, to maintain protection.

Even if you are using sunscreen products, do not stay in the sun for extended periods. Sunbathing is dangerous. Avoid direct sunlight between 12 PM and 4 PM. Do not expose babies and toddlers to direct sunlight.

Use protective clothing (such as wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, and T-shirts).
